Ce sujet revient dans beaucoup de topic, et n'est pas assez connu, c'est très important pour voir si il y a des erreurs dans les confif de DOF, et spécialement si quelqu'un créée ou update une config de s'assurer qu'il n'y aie pas d'erreur dans les lignes créées dans le configtool.
Pour activer les dof log, il faut aller dans le globalconfigeditor.exe, dans l'onglet Logging, cocher Enable logging et choisir le chemin et le nom du logfile, faites un clear log session on start pour que le lance se réinitialise à chaque démarrage.
Le DOF log ne va pas seulement montrer les erreurs sur la table qui a été lancée, elle va montrer les erreurs sur n'importe quelle table, très pratique pour voir les erreurs de config d'autres personnes, sans devoir lancer la table spécifique.
Voici un exemple de mon DOF log sur mon pincab (oui vous pouvez voir que j'utilise une très vieille version du DOF, fonctionne très bien avec mes toys), tout fonctionne bien, pas d'erreur, il faut avoir des lignes avec Exceptions, ou can't parse, normalement ça montre aussi la rom qui cause problème.

Par rapport à mes toys je n'ai d'erreur sur aucune table, mais je n'ai pas tous les toys, ou configuré la page de port assignment comme tout le monde.
Si quelqu'un peut montrer un dof.log qui présente une erreur comme expliqué plus haut, on peut analyser ici et regarder quoi corriger dans le configtool.

Si le toy est RGB, donc besoin d'une couleur, il faut mettre la couleur avant n'importe quel effet, E522 w150 Deep_sky_blue devient E522 Deep_sky_blue w150
Quand vous testez vos configs, il faut tester un max d'effets, et checker les dof logs, maintenant on a des exemples d'erreurs ici

Je met normalement toujours la couleur avant, mais sur Hi-Diver, j'ai du changer TOUS les codes EXXX, à cause des effets qui se déclenchaient à cause des trucs B2s de Stat (j'avais tout passé en E5XX et E7XX) Sur le nombre à refaire désolé j'ai merdé celui-ci...
En fait j'ai essayé de faire fonctionner ce dof log, mais pas moyen, du coup je l'avais mis de côté ! Je réessai ce soir mais il refuse de me générer le fichier.
edit : bon désolé [Vous devez être inscrit et connecté pour voir ce lien] j'essai des dizaines de trucs, il ne me génère pas le fichier ! Super bizarre, tout mon dossier est en lecture seule et il refuse de m'enlever l'option ! (il l'enlève, mais quand je reviens dessus c'est de nouveau en lecture seule.... Pourtant je peux sauvegarder la config sans problème....
Bon, pour l'instant je vais m'appliquer, pas de retour avec ce dof log... Bon, t'es pas obligé de me bloquer l'ouverture de "nairobi" pour ça hein, promis je vais faire du bon taff !

Hi-Diver j'ai déconné en changeant tous les numéros (à cause des script de stat qui tombait sur les mêmes chiffres) , on ne m'y reprendra plus ! Je check direct ce qui peux passer par le B2s maintenant !

Raaah, merci, si effectivement ce dof log fonctionnait ça éviterait que tu repasses derrière.... Je te fais perdre du temps.
Je ne sais pas si le lecture seule pose problème. Je lance le l'exe du DOF en mode admin, je peux changer les options et ça les garde. j'ai bien coché les 2 options comme tu as indiqué, mais ensuite, je ne retrouve nulle part ce fichier .log. J'ai essayé de le coller dans un autre dossier sans succès.
Normalement après avoir enregistré je lance simplement VPX, je joue et je reviens ? Il y a autre chose à faire ? Faut-il laisser l'exe du DOF ouvert ?
Quand je suitte il me demande d'enregistrer la config. Je l'ai enregistré sous un nom personnalisé, de peur de tout casser. Es-ce que c'est ça qui peut bloquer ? Il faut que ce soit un nom spécial ?

Quand je serai sur le cab, je te ferai une copie d'écran. Perso, je supprime le fichier log, je joue et après j'ouvre le fichier log pour voir ce qu'il y a dedans. Je ne lance jamais l'exe du DOF puisqu'il doit être lancé par le plugin via Vpx...

Oui, tu l'enregistres en GlobalConfig.xml dans DirectOutput\config
C'est un fichier xml qui contient tes paramètres et qui sera lu automatiquement :

Bon, ben j'ai tout fait pareil. - Je lance le global configurator en admin - je coche les 2 options - j'enregistre bien la config sous le nom exact GlobalConfig.xml - je lance VPX, je joue un peu à la table et je quitte.
Et.. Rien.... Aucun fichier... Je suis un peu dépité. J'ai lancé une recherche sur le fichier directoutput.log, en me disant qu'il pourrait être parti ailleurs. Fausse joie, PinballY génère un fichier avec le même nom, dans son propre dossier ! Mais ça ne concerne vraiment que pinballY.
Ce qui pourrait mettre le dawa sur ma config c'est que le DOF est installé sur mon disque D, et pas sur C. C'est le seul truc un peu louche qui pourrait bloquer, je ne vois pas ce qui cloche sinon...

My two cents, comme on ne dit pas dans le bouchonnois : Tu génères bien un Globalconfig.xml, mais ce n'est pas celui qui est utilisé par la suite. En aurais tu d'autres (sur ton C: ou D:) par hasard, et qui prévaudrait sur celui que tu voudrais utiliser ?

Pour etre sur que dof prends ton fichier xml, mets le à la poubelle, et regarde si ça marche toujours, si oui, tu as peut etre un autre fichier ailleurs

C'est du gros délire, je ne comprend pas du tout comment ça peut fonctionner ! Sans parler du fait que je ne trouve toujours aucun DOflog. J'ai tout passé en contrôle total sur les fichiers pour tous les utilisateurs au cas où, mais rien n'y fait....
edit : ola attendez, j'ai un truc ! MAis pas le même que tous les exemples que vous avez montré. J'ai enfin un fichier nommé "Directoutput.log". Mais je ne pige pas quand il est censé se générer ! La dernière entrée est à 9h10, j'ai lancé un VP avec une table à 9h30, et je n'ai rien dedans.
Est-ce que c'est ce fichier qui accueille les erreurs également ? Désolé je deviens neuneu avec ce truc, je ne comprend pas ce qui se passe !

On dirait bien, efface le et regarde si il se regénère.
Je vois moins d'infos que dans le mien, essaye de te créer une erreur, genre retire une couleur dans une config d'une table que tu vas lancer?

Désolé ce truc me rend fou. J'ai simplement essayé de supprimer le fichier... Et il n'est plus généré.... Je ne comprend pas ce que j'ai fait ce matin pour qu'il soit créé...
J'ai viré le globalconfig.xml, tout fonctionne encore, il s'en fou. J'ai cherché des global config sur tout mon ordi, il n'y a que ceux de mon dossier E:\DirectOutput\Confi

Ce sera avec plaisir, car je ne pige rien (mp). J'ai réessayé une réparation de mon install avec le fichier R3++ de MJR. Truc bizarre mais par défaut il ne met pas de fichier xml dans "config" (pas de globalconfig.xml)
edit : ooooooooohhhhh punaise j'ai trouvé le fautif ! C'est PinballY ! Il me colle un directoutput dans son propre dossier (je l'ai évoqué avant sans piger).
Sauf que ce directoutput ne récupère pas les erreurs du DOF (j'ai essayé en supprimant une lumière de mon config-tool sur une table. Si ça se trouve ça prend la main sur le DOF de base avec PinballY et ça fou le bronx....
